Shipping policy
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Delivery Timeframes
- Within Lagos: 0–3 working days
- 🇳🇬 Outside Lagos (within Nigeria): 3–7 working days
- International: 7–21 working days
Please note: These are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather, or courier delays.
Shipping Fees
- Within Lagos: ₦5,000
- Outside Lagos (within Nigeria): ₦8,000
- International: ₦55,000
Delivery Attempts
- Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout.
- If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because you are unreachable, any re-delivery fees will be your responsibility.
- Orders will be held for up to 90 days after a failed delivery attempt. After this period, unclaimed items may be returned to stock and will no longer be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Lost or Delayed Orders
- If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at shop.purehearts@gmail.com with your order number.
- We will investigate with our courier and provide an update within 3–5 working days.
International Orders
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.
- Purehearts Lingerie Line is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
